The Department of Education has introduced a new ‘Text a Nurse’ service to support the mental health and wellbeing of young people aged 11-19 in Northern Ireland. It provides a secure and confidential text messaging service to easily and anonymously get in touch with a school nurse for advice and support about physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
