The Calm Harm app has been developed to help young people manage the urge to self-harm. The app is based on clinical evidence and aims to support young people, either as part of on-going treatment, or as an interim measure while they wait for specialist help. The app is password-protected and there is a helpful summary of progress as well as helping users identify triggers. http://www.stem4.org.uk/calmharm/
