Mental Health Week – Year 9

by | May 11, 2021

The natural world we live in is a diverse ecosystem with all aspects of that ecosystem interacting with each other and having an impact on those things around us. When there are positive interactions in nature, the plants and living things are able to flourish and grow to their maximum potential. We too are living things and the interactions we too have will also have an impact on our ability to grow and flourish. We will be looking at what things we should try to have in our surrounding ‘Social Ecosystem’ and what we need to try and remove from that ecosystem to foster and nurture our mental health, increasing our opportunities to achieve out maximum potential. We will also be looking at the impact of our actions on others and their ‘Social Ecosystem’ and how we can help to support and build up other’s mental health along wit our own.
